4kg ABC Ultra Fire Extinguisher

ABC multipurpose dry powder fire extinguisher is based on the dry chemical powder which is used to extinguish the fire.

It is suitable for use on class A, B, C of fire i.e.

Class A fire: – Fire due to solid materials like wood, paper, etc.  This fire extinguisher is based on dry chemical powders which have very high melting points hence when it is applied to burning materials it controls the fire by smothering it.

Class B fire: – Fire involving flammable liquids like oil, petrol, etc. In this case, it works by breaking the chain reaction of burning liquids and coating the fire to cut off the air supply hence extinguishing the fire.

Class C fire: – Fire involving gases. In this case, also it breaks the chain reaction of burning gases by smothering it.

It is also suitable for fire arising due to electricity and electrical equipment. Since the dry chemicals are non-conductor of electricity hence it is safe to use on electrical fires.

This 4 kg fire extinguisher is suitable for medium spaces. It has a discharge time of about 6 to 8 seconds and has a jet length of about 6 to 7 meters.
